AI for the Construction Industry: Build Smarter, Faster, and More Profitable

Admission to this program includes both sessions: Part 1 on March 25 and Part 2 on April 1. Once you register, your ticket will grant you access to both sessions of the AI Training Series.

This workshop is designed for construction business owners, contractors, and project managers who want to understand how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be used to improve operations, win more bids, reduce costly mistakes, and save time without requiring technical expertise or expensive software.

During this session, participants will gain a practical understanding of what AI is and how it can be applied in real construction business environments, both in the office and in the field.

Participants will learn how to use AI tools to:

• Speed up estimates, proposals, and bid preparation

• Improve project scheduling and task planning

• Draft contracts, change orders, and other documentation

• Respond to leads, reviews, and client messages more efficiently

• Create simple marketing content such as website copy, emails, and job postings

The workshop will include live demonstrations of easy to use AI tools and guidance on how to avoid common mistakes that can cost time or money when using AI.

This session will be led by Jennene Biggins, Founder of Danso Media Group, who brings expertise in helping businesses integrate AI and digital tools to improve operations and marketing. Thank you to our supporters Coakley Williams Construction and Precision Wall Tech Inc. for helping make this program possible.
