As the non-profit arm of the Metro DC Hispanic Contractors Association, we were formed to serve the members of the Hispanic Construction Community and build a brighter future for all of us.

Our impact on the community focuses on construction safety & job training, employment assistance, food & shelter security, and civic education. We accomplish our goals through our community-focused programs through partnerships with local organizations.

Fundraiser and Panel Discussion on
CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY TRENDS IN DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION

Metro DC Hispanic Contractors Community Services Inc.’s (MDHCCS) First Annual Fundraiser will take place on Thursday, May 30th, featuring a discussion on how trends in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) are impacting the construction industry workforce in the DMV and across the nation. Participants will include a broad range of individuals from the construction industry,
including large and small contractors, minority contractors, and regional DEI leaders.

Panel discussion, moderated by Ms. Valencia McClure, President, Pepco.
