Sandi Rosario, CONSIGLI

Sandi Rosario, Compliance Manager, Consigli Construction has been in the Construction Industry since 1999. Starting her career with Clark Construction as an Administrative Assistant/Timekeeper, she quickly found the importance of protecting the workers, everything from making sure they had proper Personal Protective Equipment to making sure their pay was in compliance. She spent her time at Clark learning and mastering the Davis Bacon Act and all related acts. As she moved on to work at Forrester Construction, as a Project Coordinator, she honed her skills in project accounting, small business contract management and DOES’ First Source Requirements. In 2018, she joined the Consigli Team in the DC Office. As a Project Coordinator, Sandi assisted the Teams with not only creating Small, Minority and Women owned business utilization plans, she created an internal training program. Promoted to Compliance Manager in 2022, she now works with various departments within Consigli. As a member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion group in Consigli’s Human Resources department, Sandi has devoted her efforts in assisting, not only her Team, but also potential subcontractors, in building relationships and skills, to better our construction projects and, more importantly, our community.
